THE CHALLENGE

     Founded by Brandon Flynn in the summer of 2015, the current iteration of the premier strength training facility, Jacked and Jilled, started as little more than a box with a few dumbbells in it.

​

     Since then, the brand has skyrocketed in popularity, serving both competitive athletes and those stepping into fitness for the first time. With a focus on quality coaching, relentless high standards, and a supportive, no-nonsense environment, the gym’s reputation is unmatched in Southern Maine.

​

     The challenge existed in translating that energy into a format that even strangers could experience anywhere - without watering down what makes Jacked and Jilled such a powerful space.

​

     For the last five years, that challenge has been our responsibility to tackle.

THE STRATEGY

     DS Media developed a plan centered around authentic storytelling, designing content that feels real and relatable to the end-viewer while highlighting all of the aspects that make the gym so unique.

 

     Our approach focused on:

 

  • Highlighting the culture of the brand
     

  • Actively involving both members and staff

  • Delivering consistent messaging that reinforces the Jacked and Jilled brand as Maine’s Premier Strength Training Facility

  • Educational material delivered by real experts that want the best for their clientele

     In 2024 alone, Jacked and Jilled exceeded:

  • 1,000,000+ organic impressions

​

  • 400,000+ individual accounts reached

​

  • 12,000+ profile visits

​

     And overall:

  • ​The venue has expanded three times in the last four years to accommodate its growing member base. A fourth expansion is set to begin late 2025.​

​​

  • The coaching staff has increased from four to 12 - and is still growing - to accommodate demand for training and programming.​​
